Sol1 Remote Support Download (Windows Users)

  1. Download the helpdesk utility via this link
  2. Click ‘Run’
  3. The utility will try to connect only once. If the connection fails, right-click and choose ‘Close’ on the Solutions First tray icon ( Icon ) and try again.
  4. Once you have run this tool, ask your support engineer which PC number they are on, and double-click this to allow us access to your PC.
